Damages and Returns Policy

DAMAGES:

All damaged/missing items claims must be made within 7 days of item being delivered.

Missing item claims will be shipped within 7 business days. Damaged item claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

Please email help@venomandlace.com and include your order number, concerns, and photos of damage.

What we DO consider damaged:

- Severe dents or crushed corners/spine
- Ripped, torn, or missing pages 
- Visible scratches or tears in the cover art, foiling, or edges 

What we do NOT consider damaged: 

- Minor wavy pages due to humidity or climate 
- Mild dings or dents 
- Minor page flaws that do not affect readability or artwork. 


RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS: 

- All items must be sent back to us before a replacement or refund is issued. 
- We will provide a return label for you to send back damaged books. Please ship returns back to us in the same packaging if possible.
- If you are unable to print the return label we provide, return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. 
- Please drop off the return at the post office within 7 days of receiving the return label. Label will be cancelled and void after 7 days.
