Shipping:

When will my order ship?

All estimated shipping timelines can be found in our shipping updates as well as in the description of each product. In the case of delayed books, announcements will be made via newsletter and social media. Our goal is to ship all monthly pre-orders within 12-16 weeks of the pre-order closing.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes. Address changes can be made before labels are printed. Please email us at help@venomandlace.com. Please note: all orders will be changed to the updated address.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally with the exception of the EU due to GPSR regulations. International shipping is calculated by the carrier and the costs are out of our control.

Return to Sender/Incorrect address?

If your box is sent to the wrong address and you did not email for an address change, we can re-ship the item after a new label is paid for by the customer and the correct address is provided. Venom & Lace is not responsible for covering extra ships for incorrect addresses.

If your package is "returned to sender" please email us at help@venomandlace.com and we will investigate the reason it was returned and work on a solution with you.

Returns and Damages:

Do you allow returns, refunds or cancellations?

All sales are final. Order cancelations will not be permitted. If you have an issue with an order, please email us at help@venomandlace.com.

My book is damaged. What do I do?

Please email us at help@venomandlace.com within 7 days of delivery. Include well lit photos of the damage as well as your order number. Damages are reviewed on a case by case basic. Please see our damages policy here.

If your book is considered damaged, you can return the book for a replacement. A return label will be provided to you. A replacement book will be sent when the returned package arrives back to us.
