Shipping policy

All shipping timeframes are listed on each pre-order listing. 

We also include shipping updates on our website, which can be easily accessed by the menu bar along the top of the screen. 

Any book box pre-orders that are delayed past our shipping timeframes ARE eligible for a full refund. 

Once each monthly book is received by our HQ Office, they will be promptly shipped out after a quality check is completed. All orders will ship with a tracking number provided via the email you placed your order with.
